Nate Foster, Arjun Guha from UMass (formerly a Cornell CS postdoc), and Ethan Katz-Basset, Minlan Yu, and Ramesh Govindan from USC, received a $3M award from the National Science Foundation (Cornell share $660k) to develop high-level abstractions for observing, controlling, and reasoning about routing paths on the Internet.
